About council for land adjustment

 

 About Kumamoto city planning business Miyoshi land readjustment project which Koshi-shi enforced, we decided business plan on November 7, 2018 and launched business.

3. General inspection of electoral list

  We make as of Thursday, January 24, 2019, and electoral list inspects during the next period.

 (1) General inspection period ..., from Tuesday, January 29, 2019 to Monday, February 11

 (2) General inspection time ..., from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.

 (3) General inspection place ..., Koshi-shi city Construction Department City Planning Division (2140, Takaba, Koshi-shi)

4. Decision of electoral list and notification of the fixed number

  After the above-mentioned procedure, we perform notification of electoral list having been settled on Monday, February 25, 2019.

In addition, we set number of committee member elected by number and leased land incarnation of committee member elected by residential land owner each and, to this notification, notify publicly.

 

5. Procedure for candidacy and others

6. Notification of name and address of candidate

We perform notification of name and address of candidate on Thursday, March 7, 2019.

In addition, we perform notification of not voting on Thursday, March 7, 2019 when the number of candidates does not exceed the number of committee members whom you should elect.

2. The right to vote and eligibility for election

(1) About possession incarnation and leased land incarnation

(2) About joint owner or joint leased land incarnation

 Procedure for inheritance (the registration or report) is necessary so that heir of died residential land owner (the registration holder of a title deed) or leased land incarnation (we include filer) uses the right to vote and eligibility for election.

Please submit document which has you succeed by Wednesday, January 23, 2019 and register, or proves "the inheritance notification form" and the inheritance.
